Keep your jewelry looking nicer for longer
In order to keep your jewelry looking shiny for longer, avoid any and all contact with water and other liquids. It is also highly recommended to put on your jewelry after your creams and perfumes have dried as the oils and chemicals in these products will cause the colour to fade. Exercising in the jewelry is also discouraged. Finally store chains in an air tight bag or container (like the little baggies they come in for example) this will prevent the oxidization of the metals. I hope you love everything you purchased ♥︎
Sizing
Rings
The sizes of our rings vary. Most of them are adjustable (this will be stated in the product description). All of the handmade rings are available in sizes 1-15 (US) but if you need different accommodations please leave a note at checkout. To measure your ring size, wrap a string around the desired finger and cut it where the ends meet. Measure it in mm and use the chart below to see what size you are.
Bracelets
All of our bracelets are completely customizable to the length of your wrist to ensure the perfect fit and maximum comfort. To measure the circumference of your wrist, wrap a string around and cut to the desired tightness of the bracelet. Measure the sting and include the length when ordering the bracelet. Note that this isn’t necessary for our drawstring bracelets as you can make them your desired size every time you put them on.

Shipping and Processing policy
Please be aware that most items in the shop are made to order and hand packaged by me. This means that processing time can be anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks to give me the time to make sure everything is perfect for you.
If you live in Canada, good news! You get free shipping on all orders over $30CAD and this usually takes 7 days.
US customers are eligible for free shipping if your order exceeds $110CAD. The shipping fare is $12CAD but I strongly recommend paying the extra bit for tracking, especially on large orders. Shipping time varies depending on where you live but it should take 1-2 weeks.
International customers are eligible for free shipping if your order exceeds $125CAD. The shipping fare is $16CAD. Tracking is a bit pricier but once again is recommended on large orders. Shipping time varies depending on where you live but it should take 1-4 weeks. We are so happy to be able to ship to every country in the world!
Once the parcel has been shipped it is quite literally out of my hands. Simply Lexi Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages, please reach out to your local post office for further information. I always take photos of parcells before they are sent out if you need proof for further steps. Please reach out to your local post office. If your package comes and the jewelry inside is damaged please reach out, mail does get tossed around quite a lot and I would love to figure something out with you. Thank you for understanding ♥︎
Payment
Simply Lexi Jewelry offers multiple payment options, including PayPal and Credit Card. Parcels will not be sent out until payment is confirmed.
I also offer e-transfer for residents of Canada. This means that your order will be placed before the payment goes through. However, your order will NOT be made or shipped out UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. Also please insure to include the same email upon check out as the email from which the e-transfer will be received.
Return Policy
Once again, as a small business we do not offer returns or refunds as each item is made to order. However, I want you to be happy with what you received and issues can be reviewed on a case to case basis. I cannot be responsible for tarnished jewelry, it is something that occurs to all jewelry over time. If you receive the wrong item or an item was damaged in the mail, please contact me immediately and we can figure something out. ♥︎
